What is “Dou”
Dou is a traditional Chinese vessel, originated as a container for sacrificial offerings in ancient rituals, symbolizing blessings and wishes. In China’s oldest poetry book, “The Book of Songs,” it talks about Dou, which says: áng shèng yú dòu, yú dòu yú dēng, qí xiāng shi shēng. Translated into English, it means: Blessed food in dou, brightly shine; Clay pots whisper, soft and fine; Fragrance flows, delightful sign. Our idea is to creatively blend Dou with gourmet aroma blends, sharing 3,000 years of Chinese blessings with everyone. Combined with natural powerful crystals, we hope to bring joy and good fortune to your life.

As a result, the utensil’s glaze color varies and exhibit unevenness, which is is truly a masterpiece created by the flame.
